Placebo Effect
Placebo effect, the tendency of any medication or treatment, even an inert or ineffective one, to exhibit results simply because the recipient believes that it will work.

Ekphrastic Teleportation
Ekphrasis or ecphrasis is the graphic, often dramatic, description of a visual work of art. In ancient times it referred to a description of any thing, person, or experience; to proclaim or call an inanimate object by name.
At what point does one view a work of art beyond the technical skill of the artist?
Ekphrasis has been considered generally to be a rhetorical device in which one medium of art tries to relate to another medium by defining and describing its essence and form, and in doing so, relate more directly to the audience, through its illuminative liveliness.
Question: Is Ekphrasis the means of Teleportation (known as astral projection or apport, an earlier word used in the context of spiritualism) from one realm of space to another? Could it be the portal for the spirit to pass beyond this reality?
